TOYS FOR TOTS
** URGENT REQUEST - TOYS FOR TOTS - LAST DAYS of donations to the Toys for Tots Program. By now everyone has read about the low level of donations this year. As Southampton Soccer is a partner with Southampton Estates in collecting new toys for Toys for Tots we are asking for one last push. So far this year between our November Tourney and other SSA donations, we have donated over 100 toys for the program. We are in the FINAL WEEKS for donations. PLEASE, PLEASE donate - if every family in the club donated just one toy - we would collect over 700 toys. If you cannot donate a toy - please consider writing a check for $5 to SSA with Toys for Toys on the memo line - money will be pooled for $10 gift cards for the program. All donations can be dropped off inside the Main Building @ Southampton Estates. On behalf of Toys for Tots, thank you for your support.
Intramural Season
Intramural Season Wrap-up – thank you to all our volunteers who helped make our Intramural seasons a success - from the U6s to the U18s; we had one of our largest and most successful seasons. Special thank you to all volunteer coaches - we couldn't have done it without you.

SSA seeking some new "blood"– Any good volunteer organization is only as good as the volunteer help it can get. SSA is looking for some new volunteers to step up into leadership/board roles. As we completed the fall season, we need to start planning for next year and would like to get more people involved. People love to tell you what's wrong, but it takes a bigger person to step up and do some of the "heavy" lifting. If you have a desire to get more involved, please talk to a Board mbr or send us an email. There is plenty of work to go around; so if you have a little time or alot of time to give, please contact a Board Member or send us a note to southamptonsoccer@comcast.net.
US Soccer Federation's PASSBACK program
Cleaning out your closet - looking to help others??– If you are looking to get rid of some old uniforms or other soccer gear - SSA collects new & "gently used" soccer supplies and "passes" them on for others to use through the US Soccer Federation's PASSBACK program. Contact us to arrange drop-off or pick-up. Thanks for your consideration.
The Southampton Soccer Association was established in 1981 and endeavors to provide youth soccer players (ages 4-18) with a positive, enjoyable and safe experience in playing and learning about the game of soccer. By teaching our soccer players in the skills and fundamentals of the game, SSA hopes to enhance the level of talent in each and every player, and more importantly we strive to instill in all of our kids a sense of good sportsmanship, fellowship and commitment to the enjoyment of the game itself. >>>more
